NO. 558/MPP/KEP/12/1998
ON
GENERAL PROVISIONS ON EXPORT AFFAIRS AS AMENDED SEVERAL TIMES AND
LATEST BY DECREE OF THE SAID MINISTER
NO. 519/MPP/Kep/8/2003

MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Attachment

Considering:

• a. that, in the framework of improving of effectiveness in the implementation and supervision over policy on export of products of forest and mining industries and in the framework of protection and conservation of natural resources and adjustment of classification of goods based on the 2004 Harmonized System (HS), it is necessary to amend Appendix to Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade as amended several times and latest by Decree of the said minister No. 519/MPP/Kep/8/2003 and re-stipulate goods, which export is organized, supervised, and prohibited;
• b. that, in relation to the above matter, it is necessary to issue Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade.

In view of:

• 1. Presidential Decree no. 260/1997 on Affirmation of Duties and Responsibilities of Minister of Trade in Foreign Trading Affairs;
• 2. Presidential Decree No. 228/M/2001 on Formation of Gotong Royong Cabinet Ministers;
• 3. Presidential Decree No. 102/2001 on Positions, Duties, Functions, Authorities, Structures of Organization, and Work Rules of the Ministries;
• 4. Presidential Decree No. 109/2001 on Units of Organization and Duties of Echelons I of the Ministries;
• 5. Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade No. 558/MPP/Kep/12/1998 on General Provisions on Export Affairs as amended several times and latest by Decree of the said minister No. 519/MPP/Kep/8/2003;
• 6. Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade No. 86/MPP/Kep/3/2001 on Structure of Organization and Work Rules of Ministry of Industry and Trade;
• 7. Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade No. 32/MPP/Kep/1/2003 on Provisions on Export of Products of Forest Industry.

DECIDES:

To stipulate:

AMENDMENT TO APPENDIX TO DECREE OF MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE NO. 558/MPP/KEP/12/1998 ON GENERAL PROVISIONS ON EXPORT AFFAIRS AS AMENDED SEVERAL TIMES AND LATEST BY DECREE OF THE SAID MINISTER NO. 519/MPP/Kep/8/2003.

Article I

Amending Appendix to Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade No. 558/MPP/Kep/12/1998 on general provisions on export affairs by annulling Decree of the said minister No. 519/MPP/Kep/8/2003 and stipulating goods, which export is organized, supervised, and prohibited as specified in the Appendix to this Decree.

Article II

This Decree shall come into effect from date of stipulation.

For public cognizance this Decree shall be published by placing it in the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia.
